The case centered around two luxurious villas and their surrounding land in Kleinmachnow, near Berlin, which were previously owned by Bushido and Arafat. The properties, spanning over 16,600 square meters, were auctioned off in 2022 for approximately 7.4 million euros to Ahmed Abou-Chaker, the son of Arafat. Bushido's legal action aimed to dissolve the ownership society and reclaim his rightful share.

The Berlin Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Berlin District Court II, confirming that Arafat had to pay Bushido approximately 1.78 million euros plus interest.
